Teaberry is a small, dedicated team doing meaningful work on a Regenerative Organic Certified® farm in the Pocono Mountains. We’re always glad to meet people who want to do this kind of work. When a role opens, we'll post it here with a clear description and an easy way to apply.

What The Work Is Like

Roles at Teaberry are hands-on, outdoors, and year-round. Whatever the job, our team shares a few things: comfort outside in every kind of Pocono weather, the ability to do physical farm work, great observational skills, a calm way with livestock, and a commitment to regenerative organic practices. Experience in regenerative agriculture, animal husbandry, permaculture, forestry, or a related field helps where it fits the role. What matters most is curiosity, a willingness to learn, good communication, and respect for the people, the animals, and the land.

We pay fairly. Our certification's social fairness standards apply at every level, and our pay reflects them and the skill this work takes.

Ways To Get Involved

Teaberry depends on the people around it. We farm to regenerate this land, and we hope that work gives partners near and far something to learn from. When we need volunteers, team leads, or administrative help, we look to our neighbors first. If you care about people, animals, and soil health, we’d like to meet you.

Introduce Yourself

New roles go to Field Notes first. If you'd like us to know you before then, send a note through the Connect form and choose Careers as the subject. Tell us about your background, your interests, your availability, and the kind of work you're looking for. We read every introduction and keep the ones that fit on file for future openings, even when we can't reply right away.
