1. About these terms 

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Teaberry Fields & Forest website (the "site"). "Teaberry," "we," "us" and "our" mean Teaberry Fields & Forest. By using and engaging with the site, you agree to these terms. 

The site is informational. We don't sell products, take payments or process orders through it at this time. When online sales begin, we'll add purchase terms here. 

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to submit a form or sign up for emails. We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version with a new "last updated" date. Using the site after a change means you accept it. 

2. Inquiries and forms 

The site has forms for general contact, live animal inquiries, partnerships and press. Sending a form doesn't create a contract, reservation, sale or partnership. Any agreement, including the sale of an animal, happens only in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. 

Animal availability, botanical availability and program details on the site are general guidance. They aren't offers and may change without notice.  

3. Emails 

If you sign up for emails, you agree to receive news and updates from Teaberry Fields & Forest. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. 

4. Educational content 

Our Journal and website pages share what we practice and observe at Teaberry Fields & Forest. They're for general education only. Nothing on the site is medical, veterinary, legal, financial or agricultural advice for your situation. 

Information about botanicals and plants, including wintergreen, isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and hasn't been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Talk with a qualified professional before using any plant for health purposes. Results on our land, including soil data, may not apply to yours. 

We work to keep content accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated. We may change or remove content at any time. 

5. Ownership and permitted use 

The site's text, photos, video, graphics, logos and design belong to Teaberry Fields & Forest or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, sell, modify or republish site content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Linking to our website requires preapproval. 

6. What you send us 

If you send ideas, feedback, photos or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through our Contact form. 

7. Acceptable use 

Don't use the site to break the law, send spam, impersonate anyone, upload harmful code, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site's security or operation, or harass anyone. We may block access for anyone who violates these terms. 

8. Farm property 

Teaberry Fields & Forest is a private working farm and isn't open to visitors. Nothing on the site, including maps, photos or descriptions, gives permission to enter the property. Entry requires our advance written invitation. 

9. Links and outside services 

The site may link to other websites, such as certifiers, partners and social media. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. The site runs on Shopify and uses outside services for email and analytics, each with its own terms. 

10. Privacy 

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information you share through the site. By using the site, you agree to it. 

11. Disclaimer 

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. 

12. Limitation of liability 

To the fullest extent the law allows, Teaberry Fields & Forest and its owners, employees and partners aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.  

13. Indemnification 

You agree to defend and hold Teaberry Fields & Forest harmless from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms. 

14. Governing law and disputes 

Pennsylvania law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, contact us first and we'll try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any claim that isn't resolved goes to the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you agree to their jurisdiction. 

15. General 

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and Teaberry Fields & Forest about the site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. We may suspend or end access to the site at any time. Sections 4 through 6 and 11 through 15 survive.
